Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Khodus Digital OÜ aims to make PrintSide.eu usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, voice input or other assistive technology.

This Accessibility Statement applies to the PrintSide.eu online store, including its desktop and mobile pages. The store is operated by Khodus Digital OÜ.

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a target when designing, updating and testing our interface. This is a target for continuous improvement and not a claim of full WCAG conformance.

As at the date of this statement, PrintSide.eu does not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is reviewed and improved on an ongoing basis, especially when products, options, forms, images, translations and third-party services are added or updated.

Accessibility features currently available

  • a “Skip to content” link to move directly to the main content;
  • page structure using navigation areas, headings and links;
  • named search, cart and contact-form fields;
  • keyboard operation for primary links, expandable sections and the mobile menu;
  • a responsive mobile layout; and
  • text alternatives for certain informative images and controls.

Known limitations

We are continuing to address accessibility limitations. In particular:

  • catalogue content, product cards, personalisation options and cart recommendations are still being configured; before live data is available, temporary cards or incomplete information may be displayed;
  • not every combination of browser, screen reader, zoom level and keyboard navigation has yet been manually tested in full;
  • checkout, payment and some features may be provided by Shopify or other third-party providers. We do not fully control their code, but consider accessibility when selecting and configuring those services; and
  • images, materials and files supplied by third parties may require additional review for alternative text, structure or readability.

If any information or function is inaccessible to you, please contact us. We will try to provide a reasonable alternative or help you continue with your enquiry or order.

Report an accessibility issue

Please email shop@printside.eu. Where possible, include:

  • the page address or product name;
  • a short description of the issue and the result you expected;
  • the device, browser and assistive technology you use, if relevant; and
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if you are comfortable providing one.

We will review the report and respond or offer an accessible way to continue within a reasonable time. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, medical information or other confidential information by email.

Review and updates

This statement was prepared following an internal review of the PrintSide.eu storefront on desktop and mobile on 23 September 2026. The review covered page structure, visible controls, keyboard navigation, the mobile menu, the contact form and an empty cart.

It is not an independent audit or certification. We will update this statement when the accessibility status changes, material limitations are resolved or more comprehensive testing is completed.

Your rights

Nothing in this statement limits any mandatory rights under applicable Estonian or European Union law.
