When to choose screen printing
Bold logos on compatible bags, apparel and promotional products. Check the available methods on the product before preparing your design.
Colours and colour count
Spot colours, with Pantone references for colour matching. The maximum is specific to the product and print position; do not assume that every item allows the same colour count.
The limit applies to a specific decoration position, not necessarily to every position on the item. If brand colour is critical, provide your colour references when requesting a quotation.
How to prepare your artwork
Use a vector logo with separate solid colours and outlined fonts. Remove gradients unless an appropriate process has been agreed.
- Prepare the design at its intended physical size and use the selected product's template where available.
- For logos, keep an editable vector original; outline fonts or supply the required font information.
- For photographs, use the original high-resolution image. Enlarging a small image does not restore detail.
- Confirm accepted upload formats and any minimum line thickness or text size for your chosen product.

For a logo with photographs or smooth gradients, compare digital transfer or digital printing.
The print area, material, item colour and finish can affect the appearance. Follow the care instructions supplied for the decorated product.
