Shipping policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the PrintSide.eu online store, operated by Khodus Digital OÜ.

1. Production and delivery

The time required to complete an order consists of two separate periods:

  1. Production time — the time required to prepare the artwork, approve the print proof, manufacture and decorate the products, perform quality control and pack the order.
  2. Transit time — the time from when the completed order is handed to the carrier until it is delivered to the customer.

Delivery times stated on the website do not include production time unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Production time

The usual production time is 2 to 8 business days.

The production time depends on the type of product, order quantity, decoration method, artwork complexity, availability of products and materials, production workload, and the time required to approve the print proof.

In rare cases, production may take up to 14 business days. This may occur with large quantities, complex decoration, unavailable products or materials, seasonal production demand or other circumstances affecting fulfilment.

Production time begins after the order has been confirmed, payment has been received or another payment method has been agreed, all required files and instructions have been received, and the customer has approved the print proof where approval is required.

If the customer delays providing files or information, or approving the print proof, the production schedule will be postponed accordingly.

3. Standard delivery within the European Union

The estimated standard transit time within the European Union is 4–5 business days after the completed order has been handed to the carrier.

The actual transit time depends on the destination country and address, the selected carrier, the remoteness of the destination, the carrier’s operating schedule, public holidays, weather conditions, seasonal demand and other circumstances outside PrintSide’s direct control.

4. Express delivery

Where available for the relevant address and order, the customer may select express delivery.

The estimated express transit time is 1 to 2 business days after the completed order has been handed to the carrier.

Express delivery only accelerates the transportation of completed products. It does not automatically reduce production time.

The availability and cost of express delivery are displayed during checkout or agreed separately with the customer.

5. Business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays in Estonia, the country of production or the destination country.

Orders, payments, files and approvals received on a weekend or public holiday are treated as received on the next business day.

6. The roles of PrintSide and the carrier

PrintSide is not a postal or courier operator and does not physically transport orders itself.

We use independent third-party delivery providers. PrintSide arranges for the completed order to be transferred from production to the selected carrier and provides the customer with the available delivery information.

The carrier is responsible for physically performing the transport service, routing the shipment, operating its courier and pickup-point services, and updating tracking information.

However, Khodus Digital OÜ remains the seller and a party to the contract with the customer. Where the carrier has been selected or arranged by PrintSide, we accept customer enquiries and communicate with the carrier to trace a shipment, investigate damage or resolve another delivery issue.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights under Estonian or European Union law.

7. Estimated delivery times

Production and transit times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been separately confirmed by PrintSide in writing.

An estimated delivery date displayed by a carrier is not an unconditional guarantee that delivery will take place on that specific date.

If receiving an order by a specific date is essential, the customer must inform PrintSide before placing the order or before production begins. We will confirm whether the order can be produced and delivered within the required timeframe.

8. Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free for all available destinations and takes 4–5 business days after production. Express delivery costs EUR 20 excluding VAT and takes 1–2 business days after production. Applicable VAT is added during checkout.

These rates are fixed and do not depend on the number of products ordered, order value, shipment weight, parcel dimensions or the number of packages.

The selected delivery method, delivery charge and applicable VAT are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. Production time is separate from transit time.

9. Delivery address and recipient details

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, email address and any other information required by the carrier.

Before confirming the order, the customer must check the country and city, street and building number, apartment or office number, postal code, recipient’s name or organisation, telephone number and email address.

PrintSide is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.

If redelivery, an address change or return of the shipment causes additional costs, those costs may be charged to the customer where the issue resulted from the customer’s error.

10. Shipment tracking

We notify the customer when the order has been dispatched. To obtain a tracking number or a link to the carrier’s tracking page, please contact shop@printside.eu and include your order number. Tracking details are provided on request where available from the carrier.

Tracking information is supplied by the carrier. Status updates may be delayed and might not show the shipment’s actual location in real time.

The absence of an immediate tracking update does not automatically mean that the shipment has been lost.

11. Receiving an order

When receiving an order, the customer is advised to check the integrity of the packaging, visible damage, the number of packages, the recipient details and any signs of opening or water damage.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, the customer should, where possible, take photographs before opening it, record the damage in the carrier’s documents, ask the courier to document the damage, retain the packaging and shipping label, and contact PrintSide without delay.

12. Damaged shipments

Damage to products or packaging should be reported to shop@printside.eu as soon as possible after delivery.

The report should include the order number, tracking number, description of the damage, number of affected products, photographs of the external and internal packaging, photographs of the shipping label and photographs of the damaged products.

The customer must retain the damaged products and packaging until the claim has been assessed, unless PrintSide instructs otherwise.

PrintSide will review the supplied information and, where necessary, submit a claim to the carrier.

13. Delayed or lost shipments

If an order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, the customer should first check the tracking information and then contact PrintSide.

We will request information from the carrier and, where necessary, initiate a shipment trace.

A shipment is not considered permanently lost solely because it was not delivered within the estimated timeframe. Loss is established after an investigation or official confirmation from the carrier.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost and responsibility for delivery lies with PrintSide, we will provide a remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include reproducing and reshipping the order or refunding the relevant amount.

14. Failed delivery and uncollected shipments

If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incomplete address or does not collect the order from a pickup point, the carrier may return the shipment to PrintSide or the production partner.

Redelivery may require an additional payment.

For personalised products, failure to collect or refusal to accept an order does not automatically cancel the order or create a right to a full refund unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

15. Split shipments

In certain cases, one order may be manufactured or dispatched in several shipments.

This may occur where products are manufactured at different facilities, parts of the order have different production times, different decoration methods are used, part of the order is completed earlier, or separation is required because of the size or weight of the shipment.

Where possible, the customer will receive information for each separate shipment.

16. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Production or delivery times may change because of circumstances that PrintSide cannot reasonably control, including extreme weather, strikes, transport restrictions, carrier disruption, accidents, epidemics, armed conflict, government action, customs delays, production-facility disruption, information-system failures or other force majeure events.

Where reasonably practicable, PrintSide will notify the customer and make reasonable efforts to complete the order.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.

17. Delivery outside the European Union

Availability of delivery outside the European Union depends on the destination country and is displayed during checkout or agreed separately.

Such shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import VAT, customs duties, carrier charges and additional inspection or delivery time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, import taxes, customs duties and charges imposed in the destination country are payable by the recipient.
